Everyday collection target is given to the executive by the manager.

Switched off & not reachable cases are sent to collection executives so that they can plan for a visit & feedback to be sent to the collection manager by EOD.

All the collection executives are provided with apps and billing machines.

Follow up with the customers as to payment of EMI’s.

Timely updating to reporting as to the recovery status and position of the due list.

Required Qualifications: –

1. Should have collections experience with the Auto Finance industry or in the banking industry. If the banking industry, the relevant experience should be with vehicle loan disbursement/collections.

2. Should be thorough with 2W and 3W processes.

3. Should liaise with the banks/customers for payment collection.

4. Candidate should join immediate / 15 days’ Notice.

5. Must be confident, well-organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and reliable.

6. Strong time management and prioritization skills and the ability to deliver effectively under pressure.
