Job Description
1. Call Center Agent must be proficient in both spoken and written Marathi,
Hindi & English.
2. To qualify for the post of CCA, candidates must pass the language proficiency
test (both written and spoken).
3. Educational Qualification Minimum 12th pass.
4. Work Experience Minimum 6 months in an inbound/outbound (Voice & Non-
Voice process).
5. Computer Typing Test minimum typing speed of 28 wpm in the English language.

- Day shift.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nagpur – 440022, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
Education:
