We are a company that welcomes values and supports our team members and we are on the hunt for a self-motivated and driven Account Manager to join our energetic and friendly sales team.
Your role will include promoting MotorOne products across the automotive dealer network. You will build on the sales and relationship management with a group of key dealers in a defined territory and will be accountable for driving growth within our automotive dealers.
You are an Account Manager with a real passion for sales where customers come first. You will be dealing with a wide range of clients where excellent time management and self-motivation are a must.

Key responsibilities:

  • Management and development of long-standing client relationships, with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
  • The timely resolution and follow-up of any concerns or operational issues.
  • Identify primary stakeholders for new business.
  • Ability to identify the “holes and opportunities” with existing accounts for cross-selling of MotorOne products.
  • Conduct product training in-house at dealerships.
  • Support and training of aftermarket consultants.

What you will need 

  • Experience preferred but not necessary
  • Ability to achieve set budgets and targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation skills and influence capability.
  • Able to undertake face-to-face selling of products to dealership senior management.
  • Work under pressure and work within tight time frames with excellent organizational skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Current drivers license
