You are a well-organized individual with a proven ability to have great stakeholder management skills, building and maintaining relationships across the business, enabling you to seek prompt responses to key customer queries. You will deliver high-quality communications, internally and externally, using both written and verbal communications in a timely and consistent manner.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Manager, Airport Services Centre, as a frontline face of the airport, your role is to assist and manage Sydney Airport stakeholders and customers with integrity, respect, and high levels of customer service.
You are tasked with responding to customer queries and complaints and managing access and control requirements for our key stakeholders across the precinct, representing Sydney Airport in a highly professional way that reflects our Values.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through the processing of identification cards and provision of access control, provision of excellent customer care, responding to customer queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner, and providing cost-effective and compliant processes in the ID & Access Service Centre.
