Our Architectural, Interior, and Building System solutions support all aspects of specialty consulting including asset management, economics, business development, and scientific advancement for our government, commercial, institutional, and industrial clients, across diverse markets and services.

Based on our office in Dubai, we are seeking Architects to help coordinate and deliver large-scale developments touching a number of markets such as residential, mixed-use, hospitality, healthcare, and ancillary buildings.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all design stages from concept design through to Issue For Construction and will be able to deal with vendors and suppliers as well as multiple sub-consultants involving complex coordination across F&B, façade, landscape, water features, and swimming pools. You will be looking for the ultimate solution that will add value to the design process and will be able to articulate your ideas and solutions confidently to decision-makers.

You will be dealing with multidisciplinary coordination, communicating with internal technical stakeholders including structural, mechanical, electrical, fire, and life safety professionals to ensure full life cycle projects are in BIM and Navisworks. You will be participating in workshops helping to guide teams in the right direction, and ensuring that the quality of the deliverables is fully coordinated in line with client requirements.

You will be at the mid-career level with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, with experience in design delivery and detailing of various types of building projects of scale and complexity. You will also be able to interface confidently with clients and major stakeholders.

You will have experience coordinating small to medium size architectural teams and will come with a high-end portfolio of projects delivered.

You will have experience in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD 2D. Exposure to working with BIM 360, Navisworks, InDesign, and Photoshop are essential. Lumion and Enscape would be an additional advantage.

LEED certification would also be highly desirable.
