About the Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join the Sheridan team at our Victoria Gardens Outlet.   This is a full-time position, working to a Sunday – Thursday roster, with one weekend off each month.

Duties

  • Leading and inspiring your team to achieve store sales and KPI targets
  • Store operations including managing and prioritizing large volumes of stock
  • Facilitating VM in a fast-paced environment, using initiative and quick decision-making to maximize sales opportunities
  • Driving a high-performing team culture, committed to providing outstanding customer service

Skills + Experience

  • Previous people management experience, preferably in retail
  • Ability to drive an exceptional customer experience
  • Ability to coach and lead a team effectively to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Ability to develop a strong product knowledge with a passion and drive for selling
