Job Description
We are looking for energetic Customer Service Representatives to join our inbound contact center team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Duties
- Respond to customers’ incoming calls and online inquiries, providing exceptional customer service at every interaction
- Deliver on KPIs and targets relating to customer excellence, retention, responsiveness, quality, and call handling
- Ownership of customer queries, delivering a first call resolution, and highlighting potential repeat call drivers
- Demonstrate the value of the Alinta Energy brand and services at every customer interaction
- Own and drive self-development with a can-do attitude
Skills and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Applied Customer service concepts and techniques including but not limited to, managing difficult and challenging conversations, empathy vs sympathy, and building resilience
- Experience in Window’s computer environment i.e., Microsoft Office
- High customer service focus
- Ability to work in a team environment
