ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a vibrant and creative Visual Merchandising Assistant to join our Smiggle team! You will help deliver the fortnightly VM brief across multiple countries and support global VM projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the country VM coordinators in the planning and production of fortnightly VM briefs
- Manage department product samples and image library
- Work closely with Retail teams to deliver VM communication and updates to stores
- Build relationships across multiple departments to ensure each VM brief supports country-specific goals
- Work with the Global Wholesale team to create product displays for 30+ partners
- Join sessions with the Marketing and Design teams on the creative design of in-store campaigns
- Communicate market feedback with solutions to grow sales
- Support the Global VM Brand Manager in strategic merchandising projects
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role or worked within VM in a retail environment
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience working with Mac programs – In Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Work well under pressure and great attention to detail
- Be creative and thrive in a fast-paced environment
