Esteemed Chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa brings his innovative and intelligent fusion of traditional Japanese cuisine with South American flavors to create the unique dining experience that is Nobu. Nobu now spans 49 restaurants worldwide with an impeccable reputation worldwide for providing a unique dining experience.
Selection Criteria:
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Patisserie preferred)
- Experience in a 5-star environment
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar pastry chef role
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for delivering a high standard & a willingness to learn
- Able to work over a 24/7 rotating roster
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety procedures including HACCP
