We are looking for Civil Engineering Professionals who will be at the heart of the Roads, Aviation, and Civil – Engineering Team, dedicated to the successful delivery of road infrastructure design projects in NSW.

As a supportive, people-focused, and high-performing team, we already excel at providing Design and Design Management expertise to Clients who value and trust us; you will be instrumental in continuing this level of service. The strategic, concept and detailed design projects we deliver provide you with the opportunity to progress towards becoming an industry-leading Design Management, Project Management of Engineering professional and to make a positive difference in the communities your projects touch.

A typical week would include

  • Delivery of civil design packages on road infrastructure projects (Engineer level)
  • Managing the SiD (Safety in Design) and quality aspects of the design to ensure a successful project delivery
  • Managing design interfaces between engineering disciplines (drainage, utilities, pavement, etc)
  • Understanding of BIM requirements to manage 3D-model inputs and outputs
  • Monitoring performance of the project team to meet Client outcomes, delivering tangible benefits, and reporting on profitability and other metrics (Senior/Associate Engineer level)
  • Contributing to business development by managing proposals

We’d love to hear from you if you have

  • 2 – 5 years of experience in delivering the design of Roads and Highways projects
  • Demonstrated experience in Transport for New South Wales projects
  • Candidates with demonstrated experience delivering on Tunnelling projects will have an advantage
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Desire to become a Chartered Professional Engineer – CPEng
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
