About the role:
Working closely with our Senior Training Coordination Advisor, also based in Newcastle, you will be responsible for coordination activities to support our growing training needs. Assisting the Trainers and Trainees to ensure a seamless learning experience by organizing material, completing RTO enrolment forms, and tracking trainee progression will provide high-level confidential support while performing a diverse range of administrative functions.About you:
You are an energetic, admin superstar driven by providing high-level customer service. You are organized, detailed orientated, and can rapidly learn new systems. Those with a background in training/ education support will be highly regarded.
