- Store Hours: Monday 9:00am-4:00pm, Tuesday 9:00am-5:00pm, Wednesday 9:00am-5:00pm, Thursday 9:00am-7:00pm, Friday 9:00am-5:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm, Sunday- Closed
Duties
- Provide quality customer service to all customers
- Maximize sales by providing the latest product and service information to our customers.
- Achieve sales and performance targets
- Ensure store presentation is in line with retail shop standards
Skills and experience
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Proven record of delivering great customer experiences
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Effective communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer-facing environment is highly advantageous!
