Randstad is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work for a Financial company in the Downtown, Toronto area. This is a remote, temporary, full-time position, with the potential to become permanent. Read below to find out more:
Location: Hybrid, right by Union station (2 days in office)
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am- 5:00 pm or between 7 am to 7 PM
Pay: 24-26/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities
– Receiving inbound/outbound calls in English and French regarding issues/concerns related to customers’ pre-paid visa cards
– Resolving customers’ concerns by listening to the problem and offering the best solution
