What to expect:

Performs day-to-day financial transactions, including the posting of incoming payments, and verifying and recording of accounts receivables data.

Reviews discrepancies in data received and request clarification.

Reconciles the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

Performs quality work within deadlines.

Other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

Studies in business administration or similar field or commercial vocational training with a combination of education and experience

First work experience in Finance would be a plus

Accurate and focused working style

High affinity to numbers

Customer-oriented

Fluent in German and English, any other European languages are welcomed

Open-minded, strong in teamwork and collaboration

Proficient in MS Office, experience with an ERP system would be a plus
