The Company
Our client is a growing, dynamic company in the surveying industry seeking a Receptionist and Data Entry Officer to join their south of the river team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to collaborate and add value to a dynamic and friendly team.
The Role
Your fit within the role will depend on your experience in data entry with your key responsibilities including:
- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry.
- Transferring information into certification documentation and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
- Assisting communication of customer and client enquires by directing phone calls and emails to the correct team members.
- Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
- Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan.
