Job Description
Understand Resource Requirements:
- Work proactively on end-to-end recruitment for hiring People
Meet all recruitment timelines as assigned. - Plan, develop and drive sourcing/recruitment strategies in consultation with vertical Manager/Team leads.
- Deliver on process SLAs within the defined TAT consistently.
Manage Resource Talent Pool:
- Source candidates through networking.
- Create and maintain assignment track sheets.
- Assist in salary and hiring recommendations, as applicable.
- Hand-held candidate to increase offer to join the conversion.
- Headhunting & Good communication skills.
- Work with line managers to develop and implement staffing strategies and programs (where appropriate).
Recruitment Competencies:
Ability to think creatively and work with the assistance of the respective team lead.
Should possess high energy levels and passion to work, be self-motivated, and have a positive outlook even in the face of rejections.
