Job Description
We are looking for a certified electrician trainee or apprentice. Who is ready is ready to learn under a Master Electrician, and grow along with the company. VEC Electric has both commercial and residential contracts.
Tasks will include rewiring houses, installing conduits, switches, junction boxes, panels, and breakers, and performing a careful inspection of completed work.
Manual labor, such as digging ditches, will be a requirement for some jobs. Team members are to be able to operate hand and power tools, safely; As well as Job site clean-up.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior electrical experience (2+ years)
- Construction knowledge, mainly drywalling.
- Willingness to travel
Schedule:
- 4×10
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Los Angeles, CA 90057: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Electrical experience: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
