JOB DESCRIPTION

How will I Help?

As an Executive Assistant, you will be providing efficient and effective coordination to support the Head of Technology Customer. This role acts as the central point of contact for team members across the wider business unit.

Major accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Email and diary management for the Heads of Technology, including coordination of all meetings/conferences and preparation of agendas, documents, and presentation material
  • Collation of documents/packs to support meetings on a daily basis
  • Coordination of leadership team key meetings, including the preparation of agendas and presentation material
  • Prompt handling of internal and external stakeholder requests; including international stakeholders
  • General administrative duties, including processing travel and business expenses, reviewing staff reimbursements and allowances for the Leadership Team, reviewing and coordinating payment of accounts – ensuring that these are within policy

What do I need?

To be successful in this role, you will have great communication skills, both written and verbal, and have strong organizational and attention to detail skills to be able to prioritize, schedule, and use available resources to carry out required tasks.

You will have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, liaising with all levels of the Business and our customers and building strong working relationships. Previous experience in large banking or financial services and working in a fast-paced.
