The Beverly Wilshire a Four Seasons Hotel is looking for a Front Desk Agent who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do.
This position has the opportunity to shape employee experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned hotels. The Front Desk Agent reports to the Assistant Director of Rooms. Work authorization for the location is required.

Front Desk Receptionist:
Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel, is seeking a highly motivated and service-minded individual to join Front Office Team. The Front Desk Receptionist welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment. Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill.
Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest’s needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for individuals with high organizational skills. Speaking, writing, and reading English are required. This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work different shifts including overnight, holidays, and weekends.
The candidate is preferred to have previous experience in a luxury, fast-paced environment. The candidate must have the authorization to work in the United States.
