We are seeking a person who desires to be part of a team of enthusiastic sales consultants, where talents will be recognized and nurtured.
You will be part of a team that:
- Ensures the customer is satisfied and has a positive experience
- Processes all customer orders, changes, and/or returns.
- Completes sales transactions and accepts payments.
- Advises and assists customers with product and design selection.
- Provides information about Tile Town products.
- Maintaining the overall look of the showroom
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills
- Lead with a positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and demonstrates a high level of detail.
- Strong work ethic with a drive to exceed expectations.
- Previous retail experience is an asset, but not required.
Compensation for this position will range depending on skills, abilities, and relevant knowledge or experience.
In addition, the following perks will apply:
- $1000 signing bonus

Store operating hours
- Monday – Friday – 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Saturday – 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
