MSI Australia is a nationally accredited provider of abortion, contraception, vasectomy services, and teleabortion. Main Responsibilities of The Role:

• Provide a professional, empathetic and human point of contact for all clients accessing services in a Marie Stopes clinic
• Assessing clients for their eligibility against government benefits and private health insurance
• Correctly invoicing clients and providing appropriate documentation to enable claiming
• Processing payments and ordering stationery 
• Taking phone calls and making bookings 
• Data entry into CareRight when medical records are archived, ensure patient confidentiality

What we are Looking for in a Candidate: 

• A Fiercely Pro-choice advocate who is passionate about de-stigmatizing abortion, sexual and reproductive health
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Strong computer data entry skills (hospital software exposure/knowledge desirable)
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Knowledge of private health insurance/healthcare billing is desirable
