Main Responsibilities of The Role:
- Provide a professional, empathetic and human point of contact for all clients accessing services in a Marie Stopes clinic
- Assessing clients for their eligibility against government benefits and private health insurance
- Correctly invoicing clients and providing appropriate documentation to enable claiming
- Processing payments and ordering stationery
- Taking phone calls and making bookings
- Data entry into CareRight when medical records are archived, ensure patient confidentiality
What we are Looking for in a Candidate:
- A Fiercely Pro-choice advocate who is passionate about de-stigmatizing abortion, sexual and reproductive health
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Strong computer data entry skills (hospital software exposure/knowledge desirable)
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Knowledge of private health insurance/healthcare billing is desirable
