About the Role

With exciting growth ahead, we’re looking for a fine few Account Executives to add to our client-obsessed culture of success, excellence, and fun.

Backed by our dedicated induction and development program and experienced sales leaders supporting your success, you will confidently connect with future clients to secure new business opportunities.

With leads generated for you across a vast range of industries and organizations,  you’re free to focus where you’re naturally curious and comfortable. You’ll discuss the vast potential of strategic talent acquisition, identify the combination of our suite of software and services that will deliver the most value, and own your pipeline.

You will be further supported by a squad of Sales Development Representatives, responsible for bringing qualified meetings to our Account Executives. 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Connect with decision-makers to uncover talent acquisition challenges and present appropriate solutions;
  • Manage and grow a suite of existing accounts.
  • Develop and retain strong relationships through increased usage of the Scout Talent platforms.
