About the Role

Are you an experienced Customer Service & Sales professional, who thrives on working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment? If yes, then this role is for you!

Some of the specifics

  • Telstra Store Geelong – 165 Moorabool Street, (Cnr Ryrie and Moorabool Streets) Geelong VIC 3220
  • Multiple Casual Positions Available
  • 25 – 30 hours a week
  • Must be available Friday & Saturdays
  • Store Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Saturday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Sunday CLOSED

Duties

  • Provide quality customer service to all customers
  • Maximize sales by providing the latest product and service information to our customers.
  • Achieve sales and performance targets
  • Ensure store presentation is in line with retail shop standards

Skills and experience

  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Proven record of delivering great customer experiences
  • Ability to solve complex problems
  • Effective communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing environment is highly advantageous!
