- Telstra Store Geelong – 165 Moorabool Street, (Cnr Ryrie and Moorabool Streets) Geelong VIC 3220
- Multiple Casual Positions Available
- 25 – 30 hours a week
- Must be available Friday & Saturdays
- Store Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Saturday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Sunday CLOSED
- Provide quality customer service to all customers
- Maximize sales by providing the latest product and service information to our customers.
- Achieve sales and performance targets
- Ensure store presentation is in line with retail shop standards
Skills and experience
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Proven record of delivering great customer experiences
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Effective communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer-facing environment is highly advantageous!
