Job Responsibilities:
Person in charge of managing, and administering the company’s marketplace accounts, with the aim of providing profitability to the sales arising there and taking care of the image, preserving the good treatment of customers, and creating harmony between the different accounts.
- Print order labels.
- Arming of orders.
- Delivery of orders to collection points.
- Complaint Resolution.
- Attention to questions, and customer doubts.
- sales reports.
- Incident reports.
- Publication of sales announcements.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably have worked with a Mac system (not essential).
- 6 months of experience in the position.
- Office package handling.
