Your new company
Our client is one of Australia’s leading federal government departments. They have a head office based south of the Hobart CBD and have onsite parking. This is a new opportunity that has arisen for an HR Administrator to join their team as soon as possible on a temporary basis to provide support during a very busy period.
Your new role
This busy role will see you responsible for:
- Reporting to the People & Culture Manager
- Provide support to the recruitment function including onboarding and inductions
- Being the first point of contact for any HR-related queries
- Preparing and amending HR documents
- Arranging interviews
- Conducting reference checks
- Organizing and maintaining employee records
What you’ll need to succeed
To be considered you will demonstrate the following:
- A drive to progress your career in the Human Resources space within a nationwide business
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Recent HR Administration experience and/or tertiary qualifications (desirable)
- You must be professional, approachable, have excellent communication skills and time management details with attention to detail
