Alpha Mail is looking for an experienced Data Entry Associate to join our growing team. Our agency offers scale-up solutions for post-funding tech startups. Our clients include hedge funds, software companies, and blockchain organizations. 

Job Description:

• Gathers validates, formats, cleans, and uploads the contact information for our campaigns.
• Conducting a thorough data analysis of clients’ information and storage systems.
• Installing and maintaining data collection software and various web scrapers.
• Verifying and extracting data through diligent research across multiple websites & sources.
• Importing and transferring data to a secure central database.
• Performing regular data integrity and quality audits.
• Creating and submitting data collection reports.
• Troubleshooting database storage issues.
• Produce qualitative and quantitative reports to be used in data analysis

Hiring Requirements

• Associate degree preferred but not required
• 1-3 years of experience in data entry or equivalent training
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM
• Experience with data integration or transformation
• Data Mapping
• Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace
• Report Building / Data presenting
• Experience with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
