About this opportunity
As the IT Service Desk Analyst, your main responsibility is to ensure all Aware Super employees are provided with the right workplace tools and operational support to enable them to perform in their jobs.
You will be required to provide technical support to staff members in different geographic locations within Australia and resolve a variety of technical requests and issues facilitated face to face, over the phone, via email, and remotely via MS Teams.
How do you exceed our expectations?
You are a Service Desk Analyst with experience providing technical assistance to multiple users across an organization. You are solutions focussed and skilled at assisting non-technical users with their technical queries.
Additionally, you will have;
- Experience administering user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365;
- Experience with Apple Products such as iPhones and iPads;
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, VOIP, Video Conferencing, and basic networking principles;
- Ability to ensure all workstation PCs are managed to increase reliability, availability, performance, security, and compliance; and
- Experience using ITSM tools
