About the Role

Provide effective, professional administration and coordination services to the Vice President of Maintenance and Engineering Centre of Excellent. Act as the first point of contact, always making a professional and welcoming first impression. Key accountabilities include:
  • Providing high-level diary management for the Vice President, ensuring optimal time utilization
  • Coordination of travel itineraries including accommodation and transport bookings
  • Coordinate flow of work between the Administration team
  • Coordination of Functions, meeting agendas & minutes
  • Managing confidential and sensitive matters with diplomacy
This role is Monday to Friday, hours and working from home flexibility to be discussed.

About You

You will have proven experience as an Executive Assistant with exceptional organizational and communication skills. You have the ability to work under pressure and prioritize duties Experience Required:
  • Microsoft 365 proficiency
  • Strong technical proficiency, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple work processes in a busy and complex environment
  • Strong planning, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Well-developed relationship management skills
  • Expertise in dealing with sensitive and strictly confidential information
