About the Role
- Providing high-level diary management for the Vice President, ensuring optimal time utilization
- Coordination of travel itineraries including accommodation and transport bookings
- Coordinate flow of work between the Administration team
- Coordination of Functions, meeting agendas & minutes
- Managing confidential and sensitive matters with diplomacy
About You
- Microsoft 365 proficiency
- Strong technical proficiency, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple work processes in a busy and complex environment
- Strong planning, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Well-developed relationship management skills
- Expertise in dealing with sensitive and strictly confidential information
