About the role:

An autonomous and challenging Asset Project Officer role currently exists within the Business Services Team at CFA, which is responsible for the management of the substantial CFA real estate assets portfolio. Located in either Geelong or Colac, this role offers a variety of responsibilities that will enable you to develop a breadth of knowledge and exposure within CFA.

Reporting to the Manager Asset Services, you will ensure the consistent high-quality delivery of all brigade maintenance services in accordance with the State-wide Managed Maintenance Program and manage minor works projects.

About you:

The ideal candidate will be building or trade qualified, with experience managing the delivery of building maintenance works programs, supervision of minor works projects, building construction, and/or facilities management.

Experience in utilizing maintenance/assets management reporting and data management systems including SAP and Microsoft office will be important to this role. Additionally, you will be able to manage concurrent projects within budget, quality, and time parameters with knowledge of building regulations, and town planning processes.
