Job Description
As the ASM you will be a brand ambassador for SHEIKE every day. In this role, you will support in commercial decision-making, drive an operational business, provide exceptional customer interactions, every day and work in partnership with your Store Manager to drive a successful business.
As the Assistant Store Manager you will;
- Drive an exceptional & inclusive customer experience journey in every interaction.
- Inspire those you encounter by leading by example.
- Work with your SM to identify areas of opportunity in-store and with your team.
- Drive & manage KPIS daily.
- Support in coaching & developing your team consistently to foster their development.
- Achieve and exceed store sales, profit targets, and budgets.
- Be a strong communicator who can lead, coach, develop + influence others.
- Support in driving a commercial business.
- Excellent operations & stock management.
- Be a SHEIKE brand ambassador every day.
To be considered for the role, ideally, you will have:
- Minimum 1+Years experience in fashion retail as an Assistant Store Manager.
- Positive attitude & willingness to grow & work in partnership with an SM.
- Exceptional customer service & styling skills.
- Driven budgets + achieved exceptional sales results.
- Strong understanding of KPIs and their impact on the business.
- Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business.
- The ability to drive a positive culture & one team environment.
- Self-motivated & strong communicator.
