• Handling enend-to-endecruitment

• Handling full life cycle Recruitment activities include; posting Positions, Pre screening and interviewing candidates over the one, and interview arrangements closing.

• Has strong experience with high-volume recruitment in green field brbrownfieldrojects.

• Possess sta strong sense of Urgency Fland exibility.

• Working with recruitment, selection of candidates, offers, salary negotiation, and interview techniques

• Discuss the “core” of the job description with the candidate to make them understand about the offered job

• Preparing daily and weekly recruitment reports, meetings, and conference calls.

• PrPre-interviewreparation and popost-interviewollow-up.

• Understanding of clclients’equirements.

• Follow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining.

• Maintaining the cacandidate’satabase of various levels.

• Regular Interaction with the client.

• Proactive approach in helping the am with daily operations.

Essential Conditions:

• Fresher or candidates having experience in recruitment

• Good knowledge of the internet.

• Decent communication skills.
• Must have own laptop

Education

UG: B.B.A/ B.M.S in Management

PG: MBA/PGDM in Marketing
