Job Description
- Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking.
- Create learning lessons for the candidates.
- Develop onboarding programs for fresher and repeaters.
Responsibilities:
- Be an active member of the teaching and contribute to the management of the IELTS & PTE department.
- Teach IELTS and PTE Students through classroom and online sessions.
- Develop and sustain appropriate management of all the modules of IELTS & PTE with proper training.
- Should concern students in respect of their teaching in classrooms.
- Should be concerned about the availability of content, and other resources to the students.
- Should be innovative with refresh information and develop new programs in order to the progress of students.
- Should be responsible for in-house training sessions for best team growth.
- Should be responsible for the motivational sessions for students and teachers.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of spoken and written English as well.
- Presentation and Teaching Skills.
- An ability to communicate effectively with students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
- A candidate who can show both General English and PTE projects would be liked.
- The candidate must have appeared in PTE( Pearson Test of English) with good scores.
