About Niche Software

Established in 2001, Niche Software (www.nichelive.com) started as a software services firm. A few years later the company invested its time and effort to build its own software product in the email marketing domain. The product now called Juvlon (www.juvlon.com) contributes as a major business unit of the company.

In addition to having an international clientele, Juvlon is patronized by major brands in India, namely, Shoppers Stop, Crossword, Westside, HSBC Mutual Fund, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, TATA AIG Insurance, and many others.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Email operations process.
• Monitor and manage mail queue priorities.
• Maintain the reputation of IPs.- Change blacklisted IPs, Monitor bounces, and Monitor Spam Complaints.
• Check for email deliverability.
• Understand and set DNS for clients.
• Email server Queue Management.
• Provide support to the client-facing team for email delivery queries.
• Should be able to work with limited supervision under tight time constraints with changing requirements.

Requirements

• Knowledge of back-end business processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication, writing, and verbal skills.
• Knowledge of Linux is a plus.
