Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Onboarding & New Hire Orientation.
  • Background Checks and Documentation.
  • Time & Attendance management & payroll inputs.
  • Liasoning with Insurance agencies/companies.
  • Issuing appointment letters, Salary Revision letters, Confirmation letters, Appraisal letters, and experience letters.
  • Managing HR – MIS (Updating employee records, position titles/ Grade, etc.) in Ultipro
  • Employee Benefits and Retention.
  • Employee Relations.
  • Recreational and welfare activities.
  • Policy implementation.
  • Attrition Management.
  • Statutory Compliance Documentation / Audits.
  • Immigration and Visa process.
  • Ensuring prompt & timely resolution of employee grievances & maintaining cordial employee relations.
  • Building employee relations and networking, designing and launching various motivational activities across the organization, and introducing activities contributing towards building a positive work culture.

Education, Skills, Abilities, Experience:

  • At least 3+ years experience in Human Resources as a full life cycle.
  • Working knowledge of Human Resources policies and practices.
  • The ability to effectively develop business team relationships with clients and co-workers.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
