Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Onboarding & New Hire Orientation.
- Background Checks and Documentation.
- Time & Attendance management & payroll inputs.
- Liasoning with Insurance agencies/companies.
- Issuing appointment letters, Salary Revision letters, Confirmation letters, Appraisal letters, and experience letters.
- Managing HR – MIS (Updating employee records, position titles/ Grade, etc.) in Ultipro
- Employee Benefits and Retention.
- Employee Relations.
- Recreational and welfare activities.
- Policy implementation.
- Attrition Management.
- Statutory Compliance Documentation / Audits.
- Immigration and Visa process.
- Ensuring prompt & timely resolution of employee grievances & maintaining cordial employee relations.
- Building employee relations and networking, designing and launching various motivational activities across the organization, and introducing activities contributing towards building a positive work culture.

Education, Skills, Abilities, Experience:
- At least 3+ years experience in Human Resources as a full life cycle.
- Working knowledge of Human Resources policies and practices.
- The ability to effectively develop business team relationships with clients and co-workers.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
