Responsibilities
-Answering all incoming calls and in-person inquiries
-Greet clients and guests from internal and external partners
-Perform daily morning walk through of boardrooms, reception areas, and other key spaces in office
-Manage and maintain print subscriptions in the Reception waiting area
-Offering and preparing refreshments/coffee to visitors upon their arrival
-Providing backup relief when necessary to Mailroom, reception, hospitality
-Working hours 7:30 am to 3:30 pm (flexibility to start earlier or to stay late with as much notice as possible)
-Responsible for general administrative duties such as scanning, printing, and data entry, and boardroom booking.
-Catering duties such as ordering food
-Any ad hoc administrative duties
Qualifications
-High school diploma or GED or Equivalent combination of education and experience
-Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in preferably office environment as a receptionist, office manager, administrative assistant, or executive assistant
-Proficiency with MS Office Suite like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a high level of urgency and tech-savvy
-Represent a professional and engaging demeanor when conducting business and communication
-Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively to third-party vendors and stakeholders
