At MyBudget our marketing team plays an integral role in the success of our business. To continue to build on this success we are seeking a marketing executive to work as a key part of the marketing and communications team to assist with the development and execution of a range of online and offline marketing activities that align with our company goals and client needs.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of a wide range of marketing functions including communications, advertising, branding, market research, digital marketing, and social media.
In addition, the ideal candidate should be able to apply a high level of care and understanding when considering how My budget is to continue to provide the very best service possible to prospective and current clients. This role is most suited to someone who is highly organized and can stay on top of their workload while continuing to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
The Marketing Executive plays an integral role in the planning, development, implementation, and monitoring of critical marketing campaigns that promote MyBudget.They will be responsible for marketing automation, conducting market research, managing client relationships, and supporting the greater business with their higher-value campaign work.
Metrics & Insights
- Monitor key performance metrics across leads, conversions, acquisition, and client lifecycle
- Work with relevant team members to develop marketing campaign reports, analyze results of campaigns and provide recommendations for testing and optimization
Campaign Management
- Develop & deliver email campaigns to engage and activate our clients and prospective clients, whilst understanding the importance of using data insights to inform your execution
- Work with relevant team members to conduct end-of-campaign reviews across all channels to provide key insights and overall performance against key campaign KPIs
- Coordinate the planning, delivery, and measurement of integrated campaigns
- Coordinate campaign costing, design, and execution, including campaign pipeline management, change requests, and management of timelines
- Coordinate the campaign setup and launch between the talent/client and MyBudget teams
- Coordinate and communicate all aspects of the campaign delivery to meet MyBudget goals through constant analysis of data, making decisions to improve and optimize performance
- Facilitate internal staff and client communication campaigns and messaging (including EDM development & script writing)
Content Creation & SEO Assistance
- SEO Optimisation brief creation
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and clients to finalize the content, design, and copywriting
- Contribute to the development of internal processes and resources to continuously improve the team’s quality of support and scalability
Social Media
- Develop & deliver social media campaigns to grow and nurture our community, utilizing data insights to inform campaign planning and execution
- Have experience creating reels, videos & still content
- Keep updated on the latest social platform updates
- Experience with paid social advertising is advantageous but not essential
Strategy, Analysis, and Process Efficiency
- Contribute to processes and workflow that allow co-design with key stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of templates to document strategy, objectives, and measurement
- Collaborate with marketing colleagues and key stakeholders (internal & external) to allow the best use of database analytics and audience segmentation
Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with third-party vendors such as publishers, media buyers, and key third-party service providers (eg: marketing automation platform)
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot technical issues associated with campaign trafficking, pixel implementation, and reporting anomalies/discrepancies
Engage with the MyBudget team and ways of working
- Continuously develop internal relationships to gain valuable insights into the MyBudget business and client journey

Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Experience with research using data analytics software (including Google Analytics)
- Excellent written and verbal, communication
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace & Microsoft Office Suite
