Role Responsibilities:
Reporting to the local Head of Product Management, Innovation, and Communication with a functional reporting line to the Regional Head of Product Management & Innovation for Travel, the Product Marketing Executive will support the Go-To-Market and Sales Enablement activities for Australia.The Travel line of business aims to support the end-customer when they need it the most: The Product Management and Innovation team aims to grow the Travel line of business further through activating new distribution channels and developing new products and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
As Product Marketing Executive you are responsible for:Go-to-market
- Deploying our value proposition in the Australian market
- Design and copywriting content for B2B and B2B2C audiences
- Developing and executing B2B and B2B2C marketing campaigns to activate customer relationships and foster product utilization with a strong focus on ROMI
- Performing compliance checks of Marketing material in line with local regulatory / compliance framework
- Management of google tagging for multiple partner websites
Sales enablement
- Supporting the local implementation of new products and services
- Supporting local/regional tenders or RFI (building sales materials incl pitches, training) in coordination with local Product and Underwriting and Sales teams
- Supporting the generation of new sales leads and pre-sales
- Google Analytics and other reporting as required
As the successful applicant for this role, you’ll be able to show:
- University degree in marketing
- Experience in Marketing, ideally in the financial service or travel industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills including strong copywriting
- Interest in digitalization of the customer experience/ offers with a focus on UX/UI
- Design for digital and print
- Experience with google analytics and tagging
- Basic SEO and optimization knowledge
- High level of customer orientation
- The high degree of self-organization, independence, ownership, team spirit, and decisiveness
- Experience with Adobe suite or similar automation platforms
