Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for handling IT and Non-IT requirements from US-based clients
- Well-versed in US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, indeed, and Ziprecruiter).
- Responsible for screening the profiles and scrutinizing the resource by having a brief conversation over the phone, and identifying the right match before submitting the resume to the client.
- Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
- Experience in recruiting Green Card Holders, US Citizens for Contact/Contract to Hire Job Orders
- Deliver the staffing needs through client processes, policies, and procedures.
- Must be having the capability to work with a team or individually.
- Attending client meetings on a daily/weekly or monthly basis as per client need.
Required Experience Skills, and Qualifications:
- Graduation or equivalent degree
- Good English verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
- Experience in US Recruitment is highly preferred
