Job Description

As the Guest Services Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will ensure the highest possible standards of efficiency and professionalism in our Front Office. The successful candidate will have the following;

- Outstanding customer service skills and be well presented, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Passionate about everything you do with a drive to be the best you can and drive the team
- Team-oriented with a “lead from the front” kind of mentality
- Great problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask, supporting your team and guests
- Experience in the hospitality industry will be highly regarded
- Park Management system experience (Newbook and/or RMS preferred)
