About the Role

Reporting to the Team Leader, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for engaging with customers, banks, valuers, and other key stakeholders. Having a passion for property and customer service you will answer inbound calls assessing client needs to achieve satisfaction through innovative web-based applications.
The purpose of the Customer Service Representative role is to
Provide exceptional customer service in the management of customer and other stakeholder’s queries via multiple channels, primarily 1300# phone line
Resolve a customer’s question/problem, providing appropriate solutions for customers
Manage and prioritize a range of back-office tasks related to the progression of valuation jobs through to completion
You will be required to use your professional customer engagement and excellence in customer service daily.
