Job Description
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, this role is accountable for providing administrative support to the Executive Assistant, and other Executive Team Members. This role will fulfill Reception duties for our Adelaide Head Office.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hold Safety as a core value and contribute to the achievement of Zero Harm and an incident / injury-free environment through active participation in all safety programs relevant to the position
- Manage the reception desk in a professional manner as the first point of contact for Cobham visitors, Greeting & Assisting Visitors with the SINE system
- Issuing of Security Passes
- Manage Stationery Room & Stock
- Coordinating catering, including receiving and invoice processing
- Manage Uniform orders & Data Entry
- Processing of invoices in RAMCO on behalf of Executive Team members, and for Stationery & Uniforms orders
- Arrange and Book Star Track Parcels
- Manage Reception emails including Cobham Communication via an online portal
- Processing of expenses on behalf of Executive Team members
- Extensive diary management and meeting room and Company Cars coordination
- Other functions/tasks relevant to the nature of this position in supporting the Corporate function
