REQUIREMENTS:

• A friendly telephone voice with excellent verbal & written English language skills.
• An ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm.
• Strong communication skills with a natural aptitude for telephone customer service.
• MUST be available to work on Fridays (you would not be scheduled every Friday).

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR HOME WORKSTATION:

• PC with Windows 8 or better (MACs or tablets are not compatible) with an available USB port for a headset.
• Unlimited High-Speed Internet Access with speeds of 10Mbps or higher.
• Smartphone to download a free app.
• Access to a webcam (computer or smartphone) to attend virtual training and feedback sessions as required.
• Your home office workstation must be located in Ontario, Canada.
