Job Description
We’re looking for Open-minded, Responsible & Organised individuals who’d take the initiative & go the extra mile in delivering this supportive role for the business operation.
This job will also allow you to have a sneak peek into Entrepreneurship in the financial sector, allowing you to acquire transferrable skills & financial knowledge in your future pursuit.
Job Scope
– Responsible for daily administrative & operational work, as assigned.
– Sending of outbound messages to reach out to potential customers
– Assist in client relationship management via text/call (work phone will be provided)
– Light design & creation of EDMs
– Assisting in the generation of customer financial reports (Training will be provided)
Requirements
– Conversational Fluency in both English & Chinese
– Familiarity with Social Media Platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok will be advantageous
– Adequate proficiency in Canva will be advantageous
Education:
– Min. requirement: A’Level or Local Diploma
– Min. Age: 21 years old
