Responsibilities
– Acting as the first point of contact for vendors and suppliers
– Help set up online meetings – Order lunch for the team
– Assist with technical support when needed
– Maintain office space
– General office duties as required

– Experience in an office setting
– Comfortable with technology (Zoom, Slack)
– Excellent communication skills
– Positive and flexible attitude
– Available every Wednesday
