We are now in search of an Office Assistant for a lovely downtown office, 1-2 days per week. If you are a self-starter, comfortable with technology, and a team player, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

– Acting as the first point of contact for vendors and suppliers

– Help set up online meetings – Order lunch for the team

– Assist with technical support when needed

– Maintain office space

– General office duties as required

Qualifications

– Experience in an office setting

– Comfortable with technology (Zoom, Slack)

– Excellent communication skills

– Positive and flexible attitude

– Available every Wednesday
