Job Description

We are looking for a Reception that would also function as a Personal Assistant to the CEO to join our team in our Delhi office. In this position, you will be involved in a variety of clerical activities including but not limited to managing the front desk.

Ensuring all incoming and outgoing calls are attended to, and professionally attending to the organization’s guests. This position shall also support the CEO with secretarial and administrative tasks on a one-to-one basis.

As Receptionist

  • To greet and welcome guests
  • To direct guests to the appropriate person or meeting room
  • To answer, screen, and transfer all incoming calls
  • To maintain log book register for all couriers/postages
  • To assist with administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, printing, and taking notes
  • To ensure that the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times

As Personal Assistant to the CEO

  • To monitor the CEO’s emails, relay important/urgent matters to his notice, and draft correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • To organize travel and itineraries of the CEO
  • To schedule meetings for the CEO
  • To take notes and write minutes of meetings
  • To liaise with clients, suppliers, and other staff on behalf of the CEO
  • To work closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, and follow up appropriately
