Priceline Pharmacy, one of Australia’s leading health and beauty retailers currently has an exciting opportunity for two Pharmacy Operations Support Managers to join our customer operations team!
Reporting to the National Pharmacy Support Manager, the successful incumbent will be responsible for enhancing dispensary operational support to deliver genuine connections with our customers. You will play a key part in ensuring Priceline is a brand that is recognized for and aligned to our unique moments that matter, in line with the Priceline Brand belief, we believe people only feel better when they feel they matter.
The responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to
- Support Regional Managers, Pharmacy Business Leaders (PBLs), and instore teams to drive a high-performance team culture that is focused on delivering the PLP dispensary model
- Continuously coach and support to deliver and professional service retail excellence with pharmacists and dispensary teams
- Support dispensary teams with training, execution, and implementation coaching for new and existing services and programs offered by the network, including health stations, flu programs, DAAs, etc
- Support the Operations Team with best practices and troubleshooting for dispensary services, programs, and reporting
- Deliver training and presentations
- Management of emails from stores, Operations Team, and other business units within API or similar
- Build the culture of real, classic care and bring to life the brand believes in the dispensary through support to the network
- Liaise and provide guidance to the customer service team, PBL, and Regional Managers to resolve customer complaints and queries, including contacting customers as required
- Partner with Franchise Partners, Pharmacists, and Retail Managers to improve business performance
- Provide support to pharmacies as needed around compliance and promotion of occupational health and safety policies and procedures to ensure the safety, health, and wellbeing of their teams
Our ideal candidate would have the following experience/attributes
- Demonstrated in-depth pharmacy experience
- Franchise experience; Pharmacy Industry experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in working with business owners/managers/pharmacists to:

Education/Qualifications
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent
- AHPRA Registered Pharmacist
- Relevant professional organization memberships
- Professional indemnity insurance
