We are currently seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our supportive and friendly team. As a Practice Manager, you will report to the National Operations Manager and work with the dental team, where you will be exposed to more learning opportunities to enhance your professional abilities.
At its core, this role is about:
- Delivering exceptional care – Our patients always come first!
- Supporting the practitioners ensuring schedule is efficiently managed to maximize their productivity
- Being engaged with the systems and processes in the practice
- Taking direction from the Totally Smiles leadership team

What do you need to succeed?
- Experience as a Dental Practice Manager – Minimum 2 years required
- Experience in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy dental practice
- A bright, engaging personality, with enthusiasm and commitment
- A team leader- You will lead the team in a supportive manner
- Experience with EXACT is desirable but not required
