About the role
The Hospital Coordinator acts as the key contact person for Hospital Executive after hours, supporting and promoting excellence in clinical practice, and enhanced clinical outcomes. Responsible for coordinating hospital and staff activities in an effective and efficient manner after hours, the Hospital Coordinator facilitate all clinical areas and ensures the smooth running of operations within budget parameters for work hours per bed day. This is a casual opportunity and will be engaged to cover periods of staff leave and as required.
What you bring
AHPRA Registration with a current practicing certificate Demonstrated recent clinical experience in acute care and/or hospital setting Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently, and in an organized manner during periods of high demand and activity Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills Understanding of financial and human resource management in the private sector Advanced life support qualification Attainment of Calvary Chief Fire Warden Training Qualification and annual recertification as directed
