About the Job:
Responsible for sharing qualitative content on different social media channels(mainly Facebook). Responsible for generating leads and building relationships with clients. Assisting clients in getting the basic information of the projects, filtering the leads, and classifying the leads into different levels. Assist and convince the clients to make an appointment and do some immediate or urgent follow-ups if needed.
Job responsibilities:
Generate leads from online sources.
Engage with clients and get all necessary information about client needs.
Ensure the smooth transfer of clients to ICS/OCS.
Generate leads by creating engaging online content.
Book appointments and with clients for viewing do a follow-up.
Follow up with existing and potential clients about their preferences, interests, and requirements in booking apartments.
Explain all terms and conditions to clients.
Requirement:
Good knowledge of Social Media like Facebook Instagram, Property finder, and Dubizzle.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From AED1,000 per month
