Description:
Aston Carter’s Client manufactures specialty architectural glass. They are looking for a receptionist to cover an employee who is on medical leave for 2 months. There is an opportunity to extend the contract until the employee returns.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
– Face of the company when customers walk-in
– answering inbound calls, outbound if needed
– dealing with escalated customer concerns
– data entry for customers’ information (excel/word)
– filing and back-end admin duties
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must Haves:
– 2+ years in a professional customer service setting (reception/admin preferred)
Soft skills:
– someone who is passionate about learning and bringing new ideas in
– Self-motivated for continuous learning
– Takes direction, but also brings new ideas and suggestions
– collaborative approach
– comfortable working independently
